At The Melanated Art Shop, we collaborate with top print-on-demand partners such as Gelato, Printify, and Teespring for the manufacturing of our products. This collaboration allows us to offer a wide variety of high-quality, customizable products tailored to your preferences.

Order Processing Time

  • Manufacturing: Once you place an order, it will be sent to one of our print-on-demand partners for production. Manufacturing typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on the product type and availability.
  • Quality Check: After manufacturing, your order will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets our standards.

Shipping Time

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the print-on-demand partner. Here is a general estimate:

  • United States:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • International:
    • Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 5-10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary. During peak seasons or holidays, shipping may take longer than usual.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates to ensure you receive your products in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Tracking Your Order

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible within 12 hours.  We will do our best to update the address, but once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the print-on-demand partner and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.
