As a small business specializing in handcrafted wall art and streetwear, each piece is created with care and attention to detail. We also collaborate with print-on-demand services to manufacture some of our products. Below is our refund policy to guide you through the process if you need to return an item.
1. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
1.1 Handcrafted Items: Due to the unique and custom nature of handcrafted items, we only accept returns if the item arrives damaged or if there was a mistake on our part.
1.2 Print-on-Demand Products: For items produced through our print-on-demand partners, we accept returns for the following reasons:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The product received is not what was ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or design).

2. Conditions for Returns
2.1 Notification: You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your item if you wish to return or exchange it. Please email us at TheMelanatedArtShop@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photographs of the damage or defect.
2.2 Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear or damage not caused by our manufacturing process.
